I had a crazy plan of flying down from Scotland to Bristol and for them to pick me up in the car I was interested in purchasing. My thoughts being I could have a chat do whoever picked me up about the car whilst test driving and not paying for a cab. They accepted. Things changed my end but the fact that they were willing to consider something like this even though they were short staffed, for a potential sale says a lot about how much respect they seem to have for potential customers. That attitude didn’t change when I met them. Very straight forward and very friendly. I bought the car and was happy to do so. As a token of appreciation I bought them some shortbread and fudge which I presented after the paperwork was signed so they didn’t think I was trying to lube them up for a discount.

Karl is a top guy. Had no issues and very competent.

Absolutely FIRST CLASS service. My partner and myself were in the market for a 7-seater people carrier. So we called to enquire about the VW Touran. The listing was very informative and I was instantly impressed with Carls professionalism on the telephone. I felt comfortable in making an appointment as soon as possible and on the Friday we duly travelled to Bristol.
We were instantly met with a gleaming Touran on the forecourt and it was as described in the listing. ‘Exceptional condition’. Max and the team were warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us.
The deal was straightforward and a fair price in todays market.
The only issue was the ‘SD’-card for the sat nav needed replacing which they said they would send in the post as they had already ordered it.
Being a 2010 model it unfortunately didn’t have a Bluetooth capability to link music media from our phones. - no problem!
Carl then very kindly took his Bluetooth device from his own car and donated it to us free of charge!

And if that wasn’t enough on Monday one of their salesman was in the Plymouth area delivering a car when they took the liberty of dropping off the sat-nav card to my partners door. They really do go above and beyond.

Bought a Peugeot 508 from this dealer, ( the car was slightly pricey, but it was an immaculate version and not a scratch on it with very low mileage) so worth the price. The salesman was relaxed, friendly and not pushy at all, he just let me and my partner wander around and make our decision. Once a decision had been made he was very helpful with all the paperwork etc. Can certainly recommend to anyone who would like to buy a car.
